It sounds like you are in a difficult situation after seeking assistance. The information you provide is a snapshot of your experience and solutions are influenced by a variety of factors (many unknown). Suggestions I have would be continue to explore solutions and opportunities to demonstrate your ability to perform your duties. There are disparities and/or gaps between what an employer is required to do and what am employee may want. If you have a job coach or counselor/therapist that you are working with in your recovery they may be a resource for you. I appreciate you don’t want to quit. Having said that explore options that are in your best interest. The people assisting you with your recovery and transition to work may be able to offer you insight having access to full details on the specifics of your situation. I wish you much success.
